Sad for Being Not Selected in Pak ISSB? Then Must Read It!

I can understand your feelings for not being selected in the Pak Army, I know because for you, It had been a big dream since your childhood, now it seems to be separated apart into a trillion pieces.

You think the world has come to an end, and there is no world where you can live the dream that you expected to be fulfilled.

It’s worth mentioning that Pakistan Army is not looking for the best candidate as you know every company and service has its own definition of the best. It does look for:

• Physically stable
• Mentally stable
• Have a life
• No dumb
• Not too sharp and not too much intelligent.
• Good Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
• And there are many other things.

Later in this article, I’ll tell you the thing that will heal you to a greater extent, it would not be a magic-like thing, but it has the enough power to change yourself.

The thing I am going to tell you said by a famous trainer, teacher, entrepreneur and motivational speaker, Qasim Ali Shah.

He would not be in the fields as I’ve mentioned above. Do you know, WHY? He was rejected twice in ISSB. Now he gives the motivational speech to army officers, police officers, bureaucrats, senior teachers and other people.

He complained about not selecting to an army officer, the officer said, “Qasim,  if you were chosen, you would not be giving us a lecture rather you will be listening to us.”

You might be thinking, so it’s the thing you wanted to tell? No, No! It’s not that one.

When the same question for not being selected in armed forces was asked by a student to Qasim Ali Shah, he gave an excellent answer to it. The answer runs:

“Listen, students, your passion for the army was not going to army rather it was something to do for the country. You had the great passion for doing something wondrous for the country that you can do in any field that you’re working on. For example, if you’re a student of mechanical, perhaps, you can make amazing machine for Pakistan for that the country can feel proud to have.”

It means all you have to put all your energy, motivation, inspiration, passion, and enthusiasm for making Pakistan greater than ever. It doesn’t matter which field you have selected, seriously, the field doesn’t matter. If you have the heart to do something for the country, it means you’re doing the same thing that you would be doing in the army if you were selected.

As the saying goes of the Lord of the universe:

 But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners – Surah Al-Anfal [8:30]

It’s been proven many times as I said about Qasim Ali Shah that if he was selected in the army, today, he would not be such a motivational speaker.

If Larry Page sold Google in 1.6 million dollars, the company would not be of more than 500,000 million dollars worth today.

If the founder of Ali Baba, worth of about 39 billion dollars, was not rejected by KFC that had selected all the job seekers except him (23 out of 24), he would not be the richest man in Asia.

You might be thinking, I can’t be. Because you doubt of yourself. As every person thinks he will not die today, but do you know every day more than 150,000 people die every day.

Believe in yourself, and do something for the country, no matter which field you have selected.
